Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
Text entered in a search tool is sent to the outside provider that operates it. That provider processes the request and supplies its results. Polk County Court Docket does not retain or log those query terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If a visitor sends an email, the message may be kept long enough to answer and manage the correspondence. It is not shared beyond the organization unless disclosure is legally required.
Data We Gather Automatically
Routine server and analytics records can include an IP address, browser and version, operating system, device category, referring page, pages viewed, time spent, and timestamps. These technical details help measure use and diagnose faults.
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small device files used to understand traffic patterns, popular pages, and exits. Analytics providers may combine visits into reports. Browser controls can block or remove cookies, although parts of a site may then work differently.
What We Do With This Data
Collected technical data may be used to keep pages available, route a request to a partner service, measure which content is useful, find performance or security problems, and present advertising. It is not used to alter a Polk County court docket or decide access to an Arkansas court record.
No Court-Record Data on File
Polk County Court Docket does not host, maintain, compile, or sell a database of official dockets or personal case files. Public guidance identifies Search ARCourts, the Polk County Circuit Clerk, and the District Court clerk as access routes. The site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not assembled into a consumer report about another person.
Third-Party Search Partners
An outside company powers each third-party search box. Information submitted there is subject to that company's privacy terms, retention choices, and sharing practices. Review those terms before entering a query because this policy does not control the partner's system.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Arkansas Judiciary, the Polk County clerks, trial courts, public legal resources, or commercial search services. Once a visitor follows an outside link, the destination's policy controls. Advertising providers may also use their own technology to measure activity across sites.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold. Limited technical or submitted information may be available to a search partner processing a query, an analytics or advertising provider supporting the site, or a public authority acting under a valid legal demand.
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable, commonly used safeguards are applied to information under the site's control. No networked system can guarantee absolute security, so a breach or unauthorized access can never be ruled out completely.
Users Under 18
The service is directed to adults and does not knowingly seek personal information from a person under 18. A verified report that a minor supplied personal information will be handled by removing it where reasonably possible.
Your Data Rights
Applicable Arkansas consumer-protection law and other law where a visitor lives may provide rights concerning personal data. A person may be entitled to ask what information is held, seek correction, request deletion, or object to certain processing. Arkansas court-record access itself is chiefly governed by Administrative Order 19; the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark. Code Ann. ยง 25-19-101 et seq., addresses broader public records. Those authorities do not turn this private site into a court custodian.
Updates to This Policy
This policy may be revised as practices, providers, or legal duties change. A new version takes effect when posted here with its effective date.
