Terms of Use

These terms govern use of Polk County Court Docket. By continuing to use the site, a visitor accepts these conditions. The service is a privately run reference and has no authority over an Arkansas court, clerk, official record, filing, payment, or hearing. Information found here should be checked with the public office that maintains the original case.

NO FCRA USE. Polk County Court Docket is private and is not connected with a government body or court. Neither the site nor its advertising partners offers a consumer report. Do not use any information here for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

1. What This Website Is

This is an independent reference service. It does not store official dockets, operate Search ARCourts, accept court filings, reset dates, or issue records. Its role is to identify the Polk County Circuit Clerk, District Court clerk, trial courts, and statewide systems that provide official access.

2. Informational Use Only

Content is general information, not an official docket, court order, certified record, or substitute for counsel. Use it to locate a public source, then confirm any fact that matters with the filing court or clerk.

3. Rules for Using This Site

A visitor must not break the law; threaten, stalk, or harass a person; use the service for a prohibited FCRA purpose; attempt unauthorized system access; deploy bots or scrapers; or interfere with the site's operation or another visitor's access.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Polk County Court Docket does not prepare background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. It is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. Information from the site or a linked tool must not be used to decide employment, rental housing, credit, insurance, licenses, government benefits, or any other matter regulated by that law. A lawful regulated search requires an appropriate FCRA-compliant provider.

5. No Legal Advice

Descriptions of Arkansas dockets, Administrative Order 19, filing paths, or court procedure are not legal advice. A licensed Arkansas attorney can advise how a charge, order, deadline, appeal rule, or case fact affects an individual matter.

6. Accuracy Is Not Guaranteed

The site and its content are supplied “as is.” Completeness, accuracy, timeliness, uninterrupted access, freedom from error, and the quality of partner results are not guaranteed. Court events can be reset, records amended, cases sealed, and systems placed into maintenance. Confirm a setting, status, fee, or filing with the court before acting.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Official sites, legal resources, advertisers, and search providers control their own content, availability, prices, data practices, and terms. Following an external link leaves this service. Polk County Court Docket is not responsible for an outside system.

8. Intellectual Property

Site text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Polk County Court Docket or its content partners. They may not be copied, changed, distributed, or adapted without prior written permission except where law permits.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site is not liable for loss or damage arising from use, inability to use, reliance on content, or reliance on an outside service reached through a link.

10. Indemnification

A visitor agrees to defend and hold the site harmless from claims, demands, actions, costs, and reasonable legal fees caused by that visitor's misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

11. Governing Law

Arkansas law governs these terms. A dispute connected with use of the service must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Arkansas. Court-record access remains subject to Arkansas judicial rules, including Administrative Order 19, and applicable state law.

12. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be revised. An updated version becomes effective when posted on this page.
